Riding Numbers

2008

As in previous years you can "buy" a riding number for the season. If you had a 2008 number, you have until the end of January to renew "your" number with Les Batten (address below or here).

This is dependant upon the number not being already taken see list and you entering the SEMX event in sufficient time (ie the first two weeks of entries being open) thus if you enter after the first two weeks you could be given any number, if the club allow late entries (ie after the closing date) you will get a 300+ number.

Expert will have numbers 1 to 50 with Juniors being able to choose from 51 to 299

Please note the number plate colours for 2008 (see your handbook), MX2 (125 2T & 250 4T) are white number on a black background, while MX1 (250 2T+ and 450 4T+) is black numbers on a white background. Sidecars are still black numbers on a yellow background.

A fee of £5 will reserve your favorite number for the season

The numbers will be issued on a first come, first served basis and schedules should be made payable to the "SE MX Combine" and sent to the scheme coordinator Les Batten at 15, Blackley Close, Lower Earley, Berks RG6 7YE or 01189 669303. Please put your name, address and preferred number (second choice as well if you have one) and enclose an SAE
